Returns of goods of appropriate quality

  • You can return ordered goods at any time before it was received, at the time of transfer of the goods by courier, and after that - within 14 calendar days.
  • Return of goods of appropriate quality is possible if marketable conditions are kept (packaging, labels), consumer characteristics, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (trade / cash receipt or a printout from a personal account of the corresponding payment system with details of payment) .
  • To return goods identity document is required (Passport / a temporary identity card of the citizen , issued for the period of a passport, driver's license).
  • When returning goods of good quality, Primabella LLC will return its cost no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods and your written application, but within the specified time period we have the right to conduct an examination of the goods to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. The timing of crediting funds to the beneficiary's current account depends on the internal regulations of the beneficiary bank. Within the framework of the Internet acquiring technology, a refund is possible solely by the details of the bank card with which the payment was made.

In order to return goods please follow three steps

  1. Fill in the application for a refund. You can print it out and fill it out by hand or fill the form in our office.
  2. Attach a copy of your passport, receipt / printout of the personal account of the corresponding payment system with details of payment
  3.  If the sum of your return is more then 200$ pease contacts us via emall primabella11@gmail.com for further instructions
  4. If the sum is less then 200$ please send order and a package of documents ( application,copy of passport, a copy of receipt ) to us at : 119049, Russia, Moscow, Mytnaya street 7 bldg. 1 property XXXVI showroom P&B , Recipient – Victoria Veprintseva or Olga Morgan.
  5. Important! Please pay attention, customs duties related to the return and return delivery costs for all returns are paid by Customer and non-refundable. Initial shipping cost and initial customs duties, which were paid by Customer are non-refundable. Exchange is carried out through a return.
